Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Under certain circumstances we can issue a refund — please read the terms below to see when a refund is possible and how to request one.

1. When refunds are eligible

We will consider a refund in the following situations:

Site malfunction. If the product/service you purchased could not be delivered because our website or payment system was not working properly (e.g., failed delivery, broken checkout), you may request a refund.

Duplicate payment. If you were charged more than once for the same product or order (duplicate transaction), we will refund the extra charge.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original transaction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact our support team with the following information:

Your full name and the email used for the purchase.

Order ID or transaction reference.

A brief description of the problem and why you believe a refund is justified.

Any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, receipts).

3. What happens next

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 48 hours and to complete reviews within 5  business days.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

In some cases we may offer a partial refund or store credit depending on the situation.

4. Chargebacks and disputes

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, we will still investigate the issue. If the chargeback is found to be unwarranted, you may be responsible for any related fees. Please contact us first to resolve the matter quickly.
